Another W.PA project! Makes sense- in the same neighborhood as Slate. Again, took a little research to find this out. (and after browsing their website found another of their works in my random views photos from 2021, the Jupiter Hotel, that I’ve biked by in Portland)
I think of the ones I’ve seen, bSide6 is my favorite. While I haven’t been inside, I think the indoor light is likely better due to the floor to ceiling windows.
And naturally, I always appreciate a good cantilever and looks like these spaces are enclosed rather than opened as a balcony.
