I was just about to write that I feel the same about Neimeyer as I do about Gehry- a lot about the looks, but can’t not respect the substance (besides my unwillingness to). This building was literally a walk by after the art and architecture biennials at Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion and OCA respectively – but I’m glad the curiosity got the better of me on this unplanned stop.
